New custom-designed 4,200 sq ft single-family residence in Bethlehem, PA.

This 'modern farmhouse' was designed and sited on the property to take full advantage of the wooded and sloped features, which offered sweeping views out over the homes across the street, and beyond to the nearby Saucon Valley Country Club. The home seamlessly integrates the character and details of a classic American farmhouse with the open spaces and amenities of modern living.
