SPROGER RESIDENCE ALTERATIONS
Whole-house renovations and additions to existing 2,600 sq ft historic stone farmhouse, circa 1870s, in Center Valley, PA.

Project work included complete kitchen renovation and expansion, breakfast room addition, master bath renovation, and a 2-story addition containing a family room, mudroom, open loft, guest bedroom and bath, 2nd floor laundry room, and 3-car garage. The existing pool and bluestone patio areas were incorporated into the overall planning, and were enhanced with a later addition of an open pavilion for outdoor cooking and dining.
